Get involved
The Quest Awards are a great way to engage both junior and senior students in shared activities, while promoting messages of acceptance and harmony. Working collaboratively on entries students not only learn about different cultures, languages and religions they also discover more about each other’s heritage in a positive, inclusive environment. Through their involvement in the Quest Awards students will learn to value difference, identify similarities that are common across all cultures and develop an understanding of and respect for each other.
By entering your school in the Quest Awards you can demonstrate your school community’s firm commitment to supporting and encouraging students of all backgrounds and faiths.
Student leadership
Why not get students taking a leading role? Encourage student involvement in the planning of the entries. With guidance from teachers, older students can take a degree of responsibility for some aspects of the activity, providing them with an excellent opportunity for them to teach younger students. Younger students can also contribute to the planning of the Week and will enjoy being involved and see their ideas eventuate.
